Adhesive Coating ( Water / Solvent Base )
This machine is used to coat adhesive on base paper/film and after curing it is laminated with release paper. PVDC Coating
To coat Primer and Poly Vinyledene Chloride (PVDC) in a latex emulsion form in water on line through Air Knife, Chambered, Reverse Gravure Coating unit with a combination of drying system (horizontal web path) consist of I.R. dryer & hot air system distributed in multi zone.

VMCH Coating
Enhance manufacturing efficiency with a one-step process applying V.M.C.H. coating on aluminum foil while concurrently adding a thin shellac coating to the reverse surface. This optimized approach ensures the production of top-notch aluminum blister pack and lid foils.
